At Ideebi, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide a fair and transparent refund policy. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our guidelines.

General

Eligibility and Timeframe

  • All eligible courses, digital downloads, websites, or code templates purchased on Ideebi can be refunded within seven days, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
  • Please note that refunds cannot be processed for products purchased more than seven (7) days ago.

Local Laws

  • In addition to our policy, local laws regarding refunds may apply. These laws are not excluded if they are applicable to your situation.

These refund guidelines will be enforced to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you have any questions or require further clarification, please contact our support team.

Digital Goods

Our products are digital goods, and as such, they cannot be physically "returned." The refund process is designed with this in mind.

Before Requesting a Refund For technical issues with items from our "Web Themes and Templates" or "Code" category, please contact us for support before requesting a refund.

Refund Circumstances We understand that there are situations where a refund may be necessary. We expect authors to provide refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Item is "Not as Described" or Malfunctions: If an item is materially different from the description or preview, or if it doesn't function as expected, we will promptly fix the issue or provide a refund if the problem persists.
  • Security Vulnerability: If an item contains a security vulnerability that cannot be easily fixed in a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be granted.
  • Item Support Not Provided: If item support is promised but not provided, a refund may be considered.
  • Un-Downloaded Items: Items that have not been downloaded are eligible for a refund.

Courses

Refund Abuse Prevention We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases of potential refund abuse. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Course Consumption or Download: Refund requests may be limited or denied if a significant portion of the course has been consumed or downloaded before the refund is requested.
  • Multiple Refund Requests: Refund requests for the same course may be limited or denied.
  • Excessive Refund Requests: Multiple refund requests from the same student, deemed excessive, may be limited or denied.
  • Account Violations: Refunds may be restricted for users whose accounts have been reported, banned, or have had course access disabled due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions.

All Subscriptions

Ideebi's subscription plans do not offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. Refunds or partial refunds are not available unless otherwise required by applicable law. Exceptions will be determined based on the country associated with your account.

Services

For our services, including digital marketing, web development, and software development:

  • Digital Marketing: Subscription policy applies.
  • Software or Web Development: Deposits are not refundable.
